Sin can drain it, but sin cant drain it almost every time. Drain got a cooldown. Sin wont be able to do constant damage like warrior. So preferably, this ( Suggestion mobs ) would be tough but not like monument, but as long in order to kill and get drop by it, players need to form a party.
